What new schooling would be needed for someone who wants to be a pharmacist but already has a business degree?

He already has a degree in retail management but is not happy with the current marketplace and opportunities. He was interested in pharmacy early on in college, but the one he attended did not offer a program in pharmacy. Can he pursue this online? Would he need a new BS before going for the Pharm.D.? Any info would be appreciated!

He will need to go back to college and take all the sciences classes required to be a pharmacist. (ie. chemistry, organic chemistry, microbiology , etc) I know he can take certain classes online but not from an online school, understand me? Maybe his university allows him to take chemistry for distance and then go to a site and take the exams. As for Pharm. D, you might not be required to have a BS but it serves no purpose going if you do not have the basic for pharmaceutical compounds. Is like a model wanting go to medical school without touching one biology class!
